today. Is there anything that Avon crew would like to start with? Okay, then I'll go first. How's it going with SuperCo? What's the latest?
Waiting on offer feedback. Um, their deal team, or their principal and their deal team, is out on spring break this week, but we theoretically have everything we needed to it from a high-level offer perspective and floated kind of like an offer framework last week and are waiting basically until next week to kind of hear how that shakes out. So, all right, still kind of same forward, forward progress, but still no action required at this time.
All right, going into number 2 here, there's 2 tiny amounts in our system that Anthony is checking on. So if we do need roughly $150. He will be in touch unless— Anthony, do you have any updates to share right now?
I just want to double-check that the endorsement is all correct, but I can get that to everyone later today.
Okay, thank you. For the work comp review, I will take a look at what Katie shared. Thank you for that. And then we are full speed ahead with renewal marketing. So you got your first underwriting Q&A email from Anthony yesterday, and we'll try our best to keep them consolidated as we go. And we're only asking for things that we truly don't have. So, for example, the documents that Anthony shared yesterday, we had versions of them from 2024. So we pulled those forward and we're just looking for updates. If you get a blank application, it's because we truly don't have anything to fill out for you, but hoping to ease that process and keep more markets interested and put more options on the table this year. So thank you in advance. Elaine, Casey, anything on your side? I know Elaine is out to market to the incumbent as well as several additional carriers, and we are just waiting to hear back from feedback. But as it stands now, unless Elaine, I'm forgetting anything, I think we have what we need. Awesome.
Okay.
All good. Cool.
Well, hey, if you guys want 25 minutes back, if it's one of those days, then ask about the rental agreement.
Yes, so for Anthony, you asked yesterday if the rental agreements that you sent over were the current ones. We're in the process of switching over to an entirely new rental management system, therefore a completely new rental contract that is not yet active. Would you like to see an example of what that new rental contract looks like? Do we want to stick with the current one? What do you recommend?
A sample would be great.
Okay, I'll absolutely get that to you.
Thanks. All right, team, is that it for today?
Yeah, looks that way. Um, we should run an equipment, like there's this kind of a proposed master agreement that the commercial customer segment is pushing to gain adoption for. The language in it is surprisingly vendor-favored. And there's stuff in it that I just don't understand how constitutionally they can get people to agree to it. But It might be something that we float to you guys as well, just to get some feedback on, because I know that they're looking to gain adoption on that. What else? Katie, all good on the TPA front. Like, crazy-ass Jeffrey is back in the saddle, but—
Anthony, did that answer work? The one from, I think, like 2 weeks ago? From Jeffrey Bore. Did they ask for any additional context?
They haven't. So I think it's good now. Yeah, at the moment it's good.
Okay. Thank you.
Oh, on the legal topic, I sent an email yesterday inviting you to Lockton's Legal Day. That was real, not spam. Maybe you feel like it's spam, but Um, beautiful day in Newport.
We're sending JD. We're really excited for Locked in Law Day.
He can't wait.
Perfect. We like to inconvenience JD whenever and wherever possible, so this one was on the cusp because it's a little too close to where he lives. We prefer Temecula or Bakersfield, um, but it's fine.
Well, JD, if you do go, I'm curious about your feedback. I might try to go as well.
So when he goes—
when he goes, yeah, I'll put that on our list for next month.
Law Day feedback from JD.
If you wouldn't mind just following up.
Exactly.
Yeah.
What'd you do? Do you have your JD?
No, no, but we're gonna make him get one now because I've never put that together. I've never put that together. Oh my God. Oh, JD, you're going to law school, buddy. You can't wait. You're gonna finally get a degree except for that one from DeVry University or ITT Tech, wherever it was, the fucking University of Phoenix guy. Um, yeah, I don't know. Sorry, we're boring. Hopefully we'll have more exciting things shake loose here shortly. I really have taken Ryan's feedback to heart about taking my foot off the gas ever since moving here to Ohio.
Wow, that pressed the button, huh?
Yeah, I know, it's coming.
Yeah, we're ready for it, we're ready for it.
Um, all right, thank you guys. Yep, you got it.
See you guys.
Stay cozy, Katie. Talk soon.
When I click through a pending invite I am not able to see that that invite converted into a current member. Also, it didn't ask the new user to set up an account or anything like that. It just took me right to CloseBook. Period. Is there something onboarding related that should be done that allows the user to put in their name at least? Question mark. They should also probably set a password so they're able to access the platform. What access does a controller have compared to an admin? Question mark. I tried to sign up for an account, but when I try to sign in, I'm getting a notification that says invalid login credentials. It should work in a way where I'm able to send the link to a user, they click on it and create their account username, name, and password. Username, name, and email address. And then it should automatically sign them in and save their password so that they want to log in the future, the username password is already saved. Bearded lady has access to that card that is only able to be used on their specific invoices, comma. You can let them know they can try to rerun the card.
Period.
Why don't you just make it so as an admin, I can create a user and password. [No speech]where I can fill in the email address for person last name and password, and it'll create a link that I can then send to that person, and they can click on it, and you will confirm that they accepted the invite, and it will give them the opportunity to sign in, period. I got this error when trying to update. Or import new rental assets.
Because the street's gonna be closed.
I know. I saw that. What?
Are you going to call?
No.
What's up, cutie?
Look at her dress.
Are you the cutest little squishy douchey? You just give us this douchey.
You know you are.
You know you are. Yes, you are. You look like a little flower girl. Yes, you do.
Hello. Did you get a new dress? You're so cute. You guys know Out and about. Out and about. I'm gonna go out and about and up and about. This is just so cute. You cannot blow out of this outfit, thanks. It just fits her. I have, but diapers, not the good diapers. Let's do it, like a onesie.
Sure.
Actually, I think I have one, Mom. So we're matching in our outfits. Can you take a picture of us in our outfits? The lighting's kind of bad. We need to go outside.
Oh, it says let's go back.
Oh, I was just trying not to get off of the stuff. This is a girl. This is a girl. You want cheese?
Cheese?
All right, it's okay.
No, we got to get one.
Oh my God, I'm going to white out. That is so cute. All right, let's put her in the car seat in here, and then I'll put the stroller in the car. I feel like I should bring the big stroller so she doesn't have to sit in the car seat. I feel like she'd like that better.
Okay.
And so you're not going to put the car seat on the stroller right now?
No, we're going in the car.
Okay, you can't put the stroller in the car with the, with the seat on?
I don't know how to do that. I feel like that has to be a thing, but I don't know.
You have your keys?
Um, I think they're in the diaper bag. There you go. What's that? Take care. Oh yeah, that's a good pair. Hey, no tears in the car this time, okay? That's the rule. Big girls in nice dresses. Yep. Very bright. Yeah, good girl. Who does— do you want this? No, that one's staying there. Oh, those are in your chain. There's so many different products. There are a lot of things.
Love you.
Love you.
Bye.
Have a good day.
Enjoy. You guys getting all the New Year shopping?
Yeah. Yeah.
Good luck.
Would you rather go to the snowfall museum?
